New Support Procedures Implemented

Coral Gables, Florida- ADX Technologies, Inc. is dedicated to providing you with the best services in the most efficient manner possible. Due to the growing needs of our customers, ADX has implemented a procedure for post deployment support and maintenance issues.
Our intent is to be available and take care of YOUR needs in a timely manner while ensuring quality of service. All post deployment and support issues, including replacements, repair, or any other queries and concerns will be handled by the help desk managed by the ADX Operations Team.
All support and maintenance queries may be made to 305-442-4776 option 2 (Customer Support) where you will be addressed by an Operations Team representative. An alternative option is emailing operationsteam@adxtech.com. Once the details of the issue have been documented, you will be assigned a case reference number and your case will be assigned to an ADX engineer and prioritized accordingly. You may check back on the updates with the Operations Team with by referring to the assigned case number.
